For a refund of a ticket purchased online on the Fly Khiva website, please contact our customer support service via the feedback form or by email at callcenter@flykhiva.com.
If the ticket was purchased at a travel agency or ticket office, the refund and exchange are processed at the place of purchase. If the ticket was paid by bank card, the refund will be credited back to the same card within the established timeframes.
