In case of an involuntary refusal to travel:
- If transportation was not performed on any segment, the passenger shall be refunded the full amount paid for the carriage.
- If transportation was performed partially, the passenger shall be refunded the amount corresponding to the unused portion of the carriage.
Note:
Refunds in the above cases are provided on the condition that the airline was unable to offer the passenger alternative transportation routes.
