To arrange UM service — for a child traveling without an adult:
- Approach the Fly Khiva check-in desk in advance and complete a special application form.
- If the ticket is purchased through an official agent, the customer must notify the agent at the time of booking. The agent must enter the UM (Unaccompanied Minor) remark into the system.
- The service is available only on direct scheduled Fly Khiva flights.
- The child is escorted by airline staff and travels with an identification envelope containing all necessary documents.
- The escorting adults must remain at the airport until the flight departs.
- The receiving adults must arrive at the destination airport in advance and present identification to receive the child.
